Sunday Morning

Our opening Scripture reading comes from Psalm 90:1–2, which says, “Lord, You have been our dwelling place from generation to generation. Before the mountains were born or You brought forth the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.”

We will read 1 Samuel 28:15–19, where Samuel said to Saul, “Moreover Yahweh will also give over Israel along with you into the hands of the Philistines, therefore tomorrow you and your sons will be with me.”

We will read Galatian 5:19–26, which says, “Now those who belong to Christ Jesus crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”

Our Bible study is from 1 Corinthians 5:1–5, where Paul says, “It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and sexual immorality of such a kind as does not exist even among the Gentiles, that someone has his father’s wife.”

Our congregational songs will include the following:

Our benediction comes from Numbers 6:24–26, which says, “Yahweh bless you, and keep you; Yahweh make His face shine on you, and be gracious to you; Yahweh lift up His face on you, and give you peace.”

We will also share a noon meal together, as we typically do on the third Sunday of each month. Visitors are welcome and invited to share in what the Lord provides.

All ages are welcome to attend and participate. We have an area for parents to work with needy children as well as space for nursing mothers.
