Sunday Morning

Our opening Scripture reading comes from John 3:16–17, which says, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.”

Our reading of the Old Testament comes from Nehemiah 9:7–15, which says, “You are Yahweh God, Who chose Abram And brought him out from Ur of the Chaldees, And gave him the name Abraham.”

Our reading of the New Testament comes from Matthew 13:44–52, where our Lord says, “The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.”

We will share the Lord’s Table, proclaiming His death until He comes.

Our Bible study comes from Romans 10:5–13, which states, “if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Our benediction comes from 2 Peter 1:2–3, which says, “Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the full knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the full knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.”

On the first Sunday of the month we share the Lord’s Table and we share a noon meal together on the third Sunday of the month.

All ages are welcome to attend and participate. We have an area for parents to work with needy children as well as space for nursing mothers.
