Event Series: Sunday Morning

Sunday Morning

March 29 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Open Bible on table

Our opening Scripture reading comes from Mark 11:1–11, which says, “And they brought the colt to Jesus and put their garments on it; and He sat on it.”

Our reading of the Old Testament comes from Zechariah 9:9–17, which says, “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Make a loud shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; He is righteous and endowed with salvation, lowly and mounted on a donkey, even on a colt, the foal of a pack animal.”

Our reading of the New Testament comes from Revelation 19:11–21, which says, “Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sits on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war.”

Our Bible study comes from Zechariah 9:9–10, which prophesies our Lord’s first and second comings.

Our congregational songs will include the following:

  • All Glory, Laud, and Honor (HG #260)
  • Jesus Shall Reign (HG #120)
  • Come, Behold the Wondrous Mystery (HG #184)
  • He Shall Come Again in Glory (HG #426)
  • Benediction (HG #438)

All ages are welcome to attend and participate. We have an area for parents to work with needy children as well as space for nursing mothers.
