Sunday Morning

Our opening Scripture reading comes from Daniel 2:20–22, which says, “Let the name of God be blessed forever and ever, for wisdom and might belong to Him.”
Our reading of the Old Testament comes from Ezra 10:9–17, where Ezra says to the people, “You have been unfaithful and have married foreign wives adding to the guilt of Israel. 11 So now, make confession to Yahweh, the God of your fathers, and do His will; and separate yourselves from the peoples of the land and from the foreign wives.”
Our reading of the New Testament comes from Matthew 7:24–29, which says, “Now it happened that when Jesus had finished these words, the crowds were astonished at His teaching; for He was teaching them as one having authority, and not as their scribes.”
Our Bible study comes from Ecclesiastes 4, which says, “One hand full of rest is better than two fists full of labor and striving after wind.”
Our congregational songs will include the following:
- O Father, You Are Sovereign (HG #17)
- When I Survey the Wondrous Cross (HAMBURG) (HG #274)
- Jesus Paid It All (HG #281)
- Ancient Words (HG #365)
- I Heard the Voice of Jesus Say (HG #147)
Our benediction comes from Revelation 22:21, which says, “The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen.”
All ages are welcome to attend and participate. We have an area for parents to work with needy children as well as space for nursing mothers.
