DESCRIPTION:Our opening Scripture reading comes from Psalm 96:11–13\, which says\, “He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in His faithfulness.” \nOur reading of the Old Testament comes from Nehemiah 2:11–20\, where Nehemiah said to the people\, “Come\, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem so that we will no longer be a reproach.” \nOur reading of the New Testament comes from Matthew 8:23–34\, which says\, “Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea\, and it became perfectly calm. And the men marveled\, and said\, ‘What kind of a man is this\, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?’” \nOur Bible study comes from Ecclesiastes 7:1–14\, which says\, “Better is the end of a matter than its beginning; better is patience of spirit than haughtiness of spirit.” \nOur congregational songs will include the following: \n\nLet the Earth Resound (HG #40)\nGod Leads Us Along (HG #57)\nO Worship the King (HG #135)\nO the Love of My Redeemer (HG #207)\nYe Servants of God (HG #358)\n\nOur benediction comes from Philemon 25\, which says\, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.” \nAll ages are welcome to attend and participate. We have an area for parents to work with needy children as well as space for nursing mothers.
